Common Questions
My sets aren't parsing correctly
Set understands natural shorthand like "BS 5x3 @ 100kg" or "deadlift 1 rep 180 kg". Try using common abbreviations (BS, DL, OHP, BP) followed by sets, reps, and weight. If a parse looks wrong, you can edit it in the preview before saving.
iCloud sync isn't working
iCloud Sync is part of Set Unlimited and stays off until you turn it on in Set under Settings > Data > iCloud Sync. Also make sure iCloud is enabled for Set in your device settings: Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Apps Using iCloud. Both devices must be signed into the same Apple Account. Sync may take a few moments over a cellular connection.
How do I delete a movement?
In the Lifts tab, swipe left on the lift, tap the trash button, and confirm Delete Lift. The lift is removed from Lifts; logged sessions stay in your log.
How do I reset all my data?
Open Settings, go to Data, and tap Reset All Data. This permanently deletes all logged sessions, lifts, and settings on this device. This action cannot be undone, so export a backup first if you might want your data back.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Open Settings > Import & Export. Export Backup saves a full Set Backup of your history, saved workouts, and settings, and Restore Backup brings it back. With Set Unlimited, Export Max Lifts creates a shareable file of your current maxes.
What units does Set support?
Set supports both kilograms (kg) and pounds (lb). You can specify the unit when logging, and Set will parse it correctly. Choose your default unit in Settings.
